Is the selected setting involved in the jackpot?
The jackpot feature may have a separate eligible stake, game configuration or trigger. The regular symbol payout is not an adequate explanation of this. Find the jackpot help and identify if the counter is fixed, local or shared according to the actual documentation.
If one configuration is eligible and another is not, the counter visible in the lobby cannot be used as proof of eligibility of both settings. Rules are required for a truly open game.
